Dance and Movement Group

Dance and Movement therapy classes will incorporate creative movement, dance, and music to provide a fun, therapeutic experience.  Appropriate for all developmental levels.  No experience required.  All boys and girls are welcome to join!

• Rhythm and coordination
• Strength and flexibility
• Balance and posture
• Sequencing
• Creativity
• Self-esteem
• Spatial awareness
• Time, control and quality of movement
• Bilateral coordination
